Reinventing Stage Stores Inc

Contracted as a designer, merchandiser and stylist to create fixtures, navigational elements and props. Responsible for the merchandising of floor ready goods and elevating the brand to align with a revised store projection.

For this project, we identified opportunities to create a more cohesive floor presentation with department hierarchies based on volume contributions and dollars/SF.

A necessary balance was required to support copious SKU choices with presentation enhancements to encourage the customer to shop trends, as well as necessities.

Elements such as marketing wraps, light boxes, navigational fixtures, custom props and mannequins were created to highlight key departments.
